2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and secure your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Enrollment and access

Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable license to view course content. You may not share login details or redistribute course materials.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment processing is handled by our PCI-compliant provider. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Refunds

Self-paced courses: 14-day refund if under 20% completion. Cohorts/live workshops: refer to the course page for specific policies.

6. Acceptable use

• No infringement, scraping, or unauthorized distribution.
• No harassment or abuse in community spaces.
• No attempts to bypass security or access others’ data.

7. Intellectual property

All materials are owned by SereneBrook Knitworks or licensed. You may knit and sell finished items but may not redistribute course files.

8. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results. Always test gauge before committing to a project.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may cancel at any time; certain obligations survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
